DC Comics reprinted this PSA as a feature in World's Finest v1 #196 (Sept 1970). It originally appeared in various 1958 issues of DC Comics.

LOL, they don't point out that soon after the Dutch governor agreed to allow freedom of religion, New Netherland fell to the British. Oh well, if it happened on soil that later became the U.S., we can lay claim to anything as a moral victory for America.
