An...arrow that...hovers. By the operation of a device that is NOT A HELICOPTER but is merely "helicopter-like". As a solution to the perennial "broken pearl necklace" problem that crops up so often in comics, this is only marginally less complicated than time-traveling back to the big bang and meddling with the gravitational constant to prevent the pearls from falling to the ground. Jeez, Ollie, just buy her a new necklace.
