What if you are right-handed. Is it wrong to open the cheese with the other hand?

Was a hand model used for this picture or was it just made up?

Who's hand was it?

Were they a nice person or evil?

    You just *know* some people have had problems because after step one they couldn't read the rest of the instructions.
