Rang-A-Tang stops the Monkeypocolypse...for now

In Blue Ribbon Comics #13 (June 1941) Rang-A-Tang the Wonder Dog takes time out from a parade in his honor to kick some gorilla ass!

    What really blows me away as I look at this page is how much Bill (Flaming Carrot) Burden's approach captures the style seen here. The simple scene layouts, the postures, and even some of the line style.

    Or, at least, that's how it's striking me on this Monday morning....
