It's a process

The character of "Racist" Bannon in the 1964 animated Johnny Quest adventure series was quickly re-imagined when he didn't scale well with focus groups.

    Remember Freakazoid from the 90s, They had a Jonny Venture parody called Toby Danger and the Race Bannion character would throw barrels and yell "Take that you heathen monkeys"
