Just recently got a book on her "The Nutshell Studies of Unexplained Death." Fascinating stuff! The book is mostly an art book, lots of photos of her miniatures, but some discussion of her life as well. Recommended if you are into that sort of thing. I wonder if she inspired the "miniature killer" episodes of CSI a few seasons ago?
ReplyDeleteI look for it. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteAnd I wouldn't be surprised about the CSI connection.
PETITE MORT?!? 8 X 10 color glossies with circles and arrows etc?!?
ReplyDeleteYou, sir, are not given enough credit for being a funny motherf#^%$#r.
Those 2 years of junior high French I took were NOT a waste (now). Nor was that goofy Guthrie album.
Much may be (IS) lost on the stupidified youth of today, but some of us out here appreciate having our gray matter tickled thusly.
Please keep up the great work!
Thanks
