A "tootsie roll" used to mean a date with a prostitute. Lots of candy names have similar origins, e.g. "Bit o' Honey".
ReplyDeleteJohn Waters boasts of being the first person to say "dingleberries" on network TV. He was talking about an ill-fated candy brand.
Huh, looks like Snow White's got 13 dwarves now. Just like that Baggins slut from up on the hill.
ReplyDeleteI lost a tooth cap last week due to a Tootsie Roll. I guess judging by the comments above, I'm lucky that's all I lost.
ReplyDeleteThe woman's face: at first glance I thought it was' Jaime Hernandez artwork (especially around the face and eyes)/ I can totally see Maggie chowing down on Tootsie Rolls.
