Wow, I haven't thought of that ad in all these years.
ReplyDeleteI could never work out if those were supposed to be dogs riding in the back seat in the first panel; since no other passengers are visible, it looks as if the dialogue belongs to them. And now that we live in an era of talking dogs, oversized faucets, and giant freaking mutant cows who trample our roads, that sort of ambiguity is confusing.
