Not intending to get you to give away industry secrets, but how the heck do those things work?

ReplyDeleteThe carts at a local grocery store have similar (but monolingual) signs. However, the carts lack any mechanism that would actually stop the wheels from turning if the carts were removed from the store's property. I guess they're hoping any would-be cart thieves are gullible.
